Rented a car from Enterprise(Millburn ave, Maplewood NJ), on 02/06/2026. Excellent staff and customer service. 10/10. They really know how to treat a customer right. Good selection of vehicles with no hidden fees, everything was explained upfront. Thanks for being awesome!!

Had an excellent experience renting a car for business travel. The employees were all very friendly and attentive. When the first car I was given felt a bit off (very bumpy) they quickly switched it out with an upgraded option to ensure I didn’t have to wait for a car to be cleaned. Returning the car was very easy as well. Overall, a great team that clearly cared about customers and I’d definitely rent from here again.

My experience with your Enterprise rent a car in Maplewood deserves 10 stars! The service was exceptional both in quality and convenience. The Pacific Crysler van fitted 7 (2 check in and 3 carryon suitcases in the back) people comfortably and provided reliable transportation to all our destinations, making my mother’s 81st birthday celebration truly memorable.

My car rental experience with this company was terrible. In 2022, I was unfairly charged $485 for EZ Pass, and the money has never been refunded. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, the staff acted extremely unprofessionally – laughing, mocking, and even pretending to be a supervisor to avoid letting me speak to the real one.
