Bill and his team are fantastic. Always helpful and accommodating. Car accidents suck but these guys made it bearable.

Millburn Collision turned a stressful repair into a seamless experience. From day one, Oliver kept me in the loop—proactively calling with clear, timely updates so I never had to chase for information. Bill handled every conversation with my insurance company like a pro, saving me hours of back-and-forth. The car came back spotless and customer service was excellent. Highly Recommend!

This place is terrible. The first time they said my car was ready for pickup I found dents all down the doors they "fixed". They then needed another 8 days to redo the work. When I picked it up, I found the work still wasn't done satisfactorily, the inside was covered in dust and bugs because they didn't protect the car when the doors were off, found that they had driven it so much the gas tank was on empty, and found that they stole the coins from my console. To top it all off, the employees there, other than the owner, are the rudest people I've worked with in years. They make it clear that they don't care at all about the customer. **Note that response blames insurance company and me, like all their responses to poor reviews. How do insurance companies regulations prevent them from picking up the phone and letting a customer know their car will be (much) longer to fix? I had used these guys in the past and everything has been good. But the last time I had work done here was very different. The job took weeks longer to do than I was originally told, and the communications from the shop was very poor. Despite telling me they would call to let me know progress was made, they never did and I had to call them multiple times to get info about the job. When the car was finally done, the windows would not roll down -- they had not reconnected all the necessary wiring. Not a big deal, but annoying. But then things got worse

My Audi A5 have been under repair with Millburn Ave. Collision for over 8 weeks. The car is in for a rear-end collision repair and I am insured by GEICO. I have gotten receipts from GEICO showing that they have paid them to conduct repairs and the repairs are constantly delayed. They told me the car would be completed within 2 weeks 3 weeks ago, and the car is still undergoing repair. When the car was initially brought in on 09/04/24, they also stated it would take about 2 weeks to fix. I visited early October and they again told me they would need 2 more weeks. I have an ultimatum with them for Nov 8th-15 to get the car completed, if they complete the repairs by then, I will update my review to 3 stars.
