Meineke Car Care Center

Attempted to make an appointment to have my car service and was met with COMPLETE rudeness. The first time I called, I was forwarded to the corporate office which is where I made an appointment. I called again later to adjust my reservation time and was answered by the locations OWNER who was unnecessarily rude. He literally went tangential about how he can't accommodate my original reservation and that he owns the place and knows more then corporate... as if that was an important fact for me to know to get service. I might go to Meineke again, but definitely not that one.

My brother recently got an oil change here, and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. One of the workers failed to close the oil cap properly, which led to oil leaking and the oil running out much faster than it should have. This eventually caused his car not to start. Thankfully, we figured out the issue before it caused more serious damage. Because of this oversight, I wouldn't recommend this place and we won’t be going back.

Our service was excellent and I found the owner Vinnie to be a straight shooter and had my best interest in mind . He was accurate in his diagnosis on why my Subaru was so loud . His prices were fair and he got all our work done on time . Vinnie was warm and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my experience. I highly recommend Maplewood Meineke.

My Mazda CX5 was not driving as smooth as I was used to. I took my vehicle to Meineke where Vinny and Jerry walked me through what was needed and now my car is running smoothly. It’s amazing what new struts will do for your car. Running smooth again Thanks so much

I have been coming here for about 10 years now. Vinnie is honest. He doesn’t cut corners, but he won’t overcharge you either. He is very trustworthy.
