I just want to say I'm a over satisfied customer with my recent vehicle purchase and recent service. I recently purchased a 2020 vehicle from this dealership and on a scale I through 10 the car was a 8.5. It needed a new driver seat and a new center console cover, which I went out and purchased a used seat and console cover from a salvage yard. After speaking with Muhammad and Ben they told me to return back to the shop so they can install both items, which they did today. These two guys are men of their words. They say what they mean and mean what they say! I'm an overjoyed customer! I highly recommend this place for service and if you're looking to purchase a used qualified vehicle. Very poor experience at Richard’s Service Station. The customer service was terrible — the staff were rude and dismissive, and I felt completely disrespected while trying to get help. They showed no professionalism or concern for customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of other service stations that treat people with basic courtesy — I suggest going elsewhere.
