Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My husband and I have had to rent a car for one reason or another in the past year. When we have had to rent a car prior to finding this particular enterprise it’s been a nightmare. And then we found this enterprise and now I refuse to go anywhere else. I get a hassle free experience no headache I’m in and out in ten mins or less all because of Timmond I believe his name is. His customer service is outstanding.

Was recently rear-ended and urgently needed a vehicle. Brian, JC, and Timon we’re all very friendly and *incredibly* helpful… helping me understand the insurance process, picking me up, and getting me set in the right class of vehicle for the one I’d lost. Great experience after some back luck—thank you gents so much!!

Checking in online updating online is awesome. So easy friendly people very knowledgeable. Great experience. I can’t wait till my next trip and rent my car from enterprise. Good job everyone.

Tried to lock in a price for what turned out to be a unexpected 15 day car rental as my current car had an emergency repair for $2700, and then I got slapped with a over $700 car rental bill for a tiny car... never had a experience like this before but was extremely disappointed and not sure of further rentals.

I can say enough about enterprise experience tummond in Milford and Kyle in Stratford CT offices they treat me with respect they are phenomenal. Well recommended 10 star ⭐️
