Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My experience with this location was top tier! I also rate the van 5 stars! It was clean & accommodating for a long road trip to pick up my soldier. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. Wonderful location, which makes it easy to get in and out! Restrooms and lobby were clean and relaxing, too. The process renting and returning the car went smoothly with no hiccups. If you need a rental vehicle, I strongly recommend this specific location to be your one-stop solution!

Tiara and James give unprofessional and terrible customer service, tiara even had me wait for over and hour as she went on lunch break and I ended up going to another one in morrow. Tried again and they called this vehicle an upgrade from special standard... Looks like I rented from the brady bunch family. Seats looked unclean and dash mirror fallen before I was out the parking lot.

The enterprise staff was fantastic. I didn't like the first car that I received. When I asked to change vehicles my request was granted without delay. The staff was very helpful throughout the nearly 3 week rental. I will definitely rent from them again.

Excellent customer service. It was extremely helpful to receive a text with a telephone number to call in the event we experienced trouble while away. Receiving a follow up call after we returned the car advising all was okay with the car an deposit was taken off hold was an added benefit.

Update: I contacted the local facility and went online to chat with a representative on their website and left an email with the same information and never heard back from Enterprise. The car I rented didn’t have any windshield wiper fluid, bright lights were not working properly and almost wrecked driving through heavy fog. I was told they get the cars from the back and don’t check fluids or basically anything. Most cars I rent have alot of miles and so-called are just coming from service. The local car rentals have the older cars that need service compared to better cars at airport. I am not pleased with my latest rental. If I could give a zero I would.
