Today was my second time visiting this location, and I can truly say that both experiences have been great. The entire staff is very attentive and professional. However, today’s experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. I’ve rented from various companies in and out of state, and I’ve even rented a car outside of the country, but today’s experience was the best by far. I want to personally thank Michael S. for all of his help. He was extremely polite and professional from start to finish. From picking me up and driving me to Enterprise, to opening doors, asking how my day was, and thoroughly explaining all the features of the vehicle his customer service was outstanding. Dale McCormick was our representative and was the most professional, friendly, considerate young man whom went above and beyond to ensure our rental experience needs and expectations were met. Avery & staff were very friendly, professional and helped every step of the way. Process was easy. Avery also replaced my 1st rental with a new one day after for issues with no problem doing so. Very satisfied and recommend.
