Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Quick great service. They pull the car up for you and also go over the end of rental checklist with you. We will definitely go thru them again. And their cars are spotless. Had a hybrid toyota camry for 5 days and only had to put $23 in it as it was being returned.

Picking up and returning was very quick and simple, was in and out both times within 5 minutes, very friendly and helpful staff. Great experience overall

How could you, in good conscience, rent a car and send someone, namely my wife and daughter, out into a snow storm in a car without snow tires? Your total disregard for their safety is unconscionable! I would give you no stars, but googles system does not go as low as your integrity,

I find Enterprise friendly, professional and accommodating. They are so busy, sometimes you can't get a vehicle or one of your choice. If and when I need a rental, they are my go to people.

I have been on hold for over an hour... the guy finally answers 3 minutes to closing. He tells me he needs an updated claim number as I start to read it to him he hangs up!!! I then try calling back... automated recording "Sorry we are closed"!!
