Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was fine. Left me to wait with my infant for 2 hours at the car detail shop for our rental car. They knew I was waiting with him and I had called multiple times (and was hung up on multiple times during this process) the week before to make sure they would be prepared for us. Not even an apology when he finally showed up. So all in all, poor customer service and the vehicle was fine.

My daughter’s car was stolen in the middle of the night, and our insurance company set up a reservation with Enterprise. Kyle, the representative, called me directly to confirm. I explained that we would need the vehicle later in the afternoon (around 2:30–3pm) because we’d had a very long, difficult night. Kyle acknowledged this and said he understood. At 3pm, my daughter called to let him know she had a ride and was on her way to pick up the car. Shockingly, Kyle told her no cars were available and that “we should have called earlier.” This was never mentioned during our phone call that morning. 6/22/24 @ 12:00pm I was at this location to rent a car to drive back to Florida my home state which is a 14-16 hour drive depending on traffic. The rental car I was given was a Nissan Rogue with the side view mirror button completely missing, I was unable to adjust my side view mirrors for 14-16 hours which made it an enormous safety issue as I couldn't see anything to my left or right, it was miserable and anxiety ridden the entire drive having to find ways to twist my neck, back, and body to find a way to safely see cars so I could switch lanes, I brought it up the Enterprise Representative renting me the car and he said "it's all we got, it'll just have to go to the dealer when you're done", didn't even think about calling a superior for a second to maybe find a solution or find a way w

Shane was extremely helpful. Got me in and out super fast. I'll definitely use this location for my next rental.

Not enough people in the office to serve the volume of customers. Noone ever answers the phone because the two people in the office can't handle helping the customers at the front desk and the phone at the same time. Then they are forced to rush getting you a vehicle because they are trying to get back to the other customers.
