The staff here is super friendly and very knowledgeable. If you need something and they don’t have it in stock, they can order it in for free and often get it in same day. These guys are true professionals!

I went in with a NAPA battery I had purchased for my wife's car about 5 months ago. It went completely dead during this cold snap. -I had bought this one in particular because of their 1 year no hassle policy- I still had the original receipt, paperwork etc, but was told that since this battery "although quite weak, still showed a charge" they wouldn't trade it for another one. The old guy offered to put it on their store charger for a couple hours if I wanted to come back later for it & see if it'd work better then.. Umm no thanks. We need the car now, not later, so I went over to O'Reilly Auto Parts where I was immediately treated with kindness & respect. I bought one of their batteries so I could get her car back on the road. I have lived in vandalia for 37 years and the customer service at NAPA is excellent .Jim and Wayne are so helpful and their knowlege of the parts business is with the many years of knowledge they have . They really care about giving the best service to the customer. GREAT JOB

They had the 1 mini tubing cutter for my brake lines I needed to cut and replace. They did not have the brake hose I needed. I'm going to check with Auto Zone. I went to Napa because I rode my bike there because they were closer to my house than Auto Zone. The dealer may have it but I would rather try Auto Zone because I know how high priced the dealer is. I may go out to LKQ and take 1 off 1 of their vehicles. Also I need a radiator also. I know what O'Reillys charges for a new radiator. I'm selling my truck as soon as I finish the back brakes and brake line and a good radiator. Brakes and tires should never cut corners on.

Did not even know this was in my neighborhood. It is located on a side road just behind the main storefronts in town. Always have been able to find here what other Auto parts stores seem to not stock.
