We ordered some hard to find and over priced new tires online at a discount. FireStone wouldn't touch them. Because they wanted to sell us the tires. The one in Eugene on RiverRoad by the mall. Yep them! This was after we talk to them the day before and they had no problem with mounting them and setup an appointment. We call Eugene Tire Center at the last minute near closing time. They said, "come on in". Took tires to them. They mounted and balanced the tires in 20 minutes if not sooner! The staff and manager were very friendly and fast. We will bring our business to them when we are in town. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.
This place is always fast, friendly, and affordable. They take great care of my car and tires every time I go and always take the time to give me the best options for what I need. Strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable local business when it comes to tires
Got tires mounted and balanced in about an hour on my truck. The owner was very professional and appreciated. Price was about 600.00 $ dollars less than the other guys for the exact same tires. Would definitely recommend them. Jarl smith
Needed a slow tire leak patched, they took care of it quickly at a fair price.
I had to use this place because I bought a vehicle through Oregon truck and RV and this is the mechanic shop they use. Prior to my purchase, they had replaced the water pump on my 2015 Chevy Cruze. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle it overheated and it caused engine damage because of a leaking water pump and a crack in the outlet that they had missed. The two times my car has been in the shop they have damaged it each time. The first time they tore my leather seat and the second time they gouged the radio knob and my skid plate was hanging. I heard they're only used by Oregon truck and RV because the owners are related but I'm not sure if that's true or not but they obviously know each other pretty well So they both do shady practices and blame it on each other and nobody is held account
