Placed order two days ago. Paid for express shipping. All parts were listed as in stock. Two days later order is not shipped, half the parts listed as Backordered and now I'm in a situation where I have to buy from the dealer since I no longer have time to wait for shipping. Stay away from this company, their website is absolute garbage - it's a list of parts that exists, not parts that they have in stock. They will sell you parts that they do not have and show you shipping times that have nothing to do with reality. In other words, they are scammers. If I don't have resolution within 2 business days, I will contact my bank to request a charge-back, file complaints with BBB and all relevant agencies. Be careful with these scammers. After you buy something, it turns out they don't have the parts and have to order them, and they pretend they didn't get the payment, blaming the bank.

It was my first time ordering from this website, i was little hesitant but turned out great. Shipping was fast i got my parts within 3 business days. Best price on a market as well. I needed 2 coolant hoses and they were about 240$ at the dealership but got them for 160$ here.

Excellent prices on manufacturer parts, quick shipment AND phenomenal customer support! Had an slight issue with an order arriving with a mismatched color issue (thanks to Volkswagen and not the selling vendor) and slight shipment damage. We worked out an amicable resolution via email that worked out for all parties. Very honest, willing to work out issues and super quick responses.
