Excel Truck Group - Ashland

I’ve been to many truck facilities in the past, but none as excellent as the Ashland Excel trucking. Kayla in the service department is a rock star and knows exactly how to provide outstanding customer service. I’ve spent more than 45 years in the service industry in the Army and corporate world and know what customers expect. I would hire Kayla in any of the business lines I ran because she understands Customer Service. Well done Kayla. Excel Trucking has a superstar on their team.

We are independent contractors for years have used another repair facility. The repair facility that we were using would be given a written work order and for whatever reason not once did they ever complete what was written on the work order. They would keep our truck for weeks at a time. And to add icing on the cake would always return our truck with greasy handprints on the inside as well as the exterior. Being more than irritated and frustrated we searched for a new repair shop. A friend suggested that we go Excel in Ashland. Prior to taking our truck there we met with Kevin Seasions. I brought my truck for an overheating problem they diagnosed the problem and put me back to roll thanks to Marty he explained me the problem and how was solved. I'm very pleased with the service and they also have a nice waiting room while they work on your truck. Very recommended.👍👍

Angelia is always very pleasant and puts the parts where all.my special order parts go and check to see if I have any returns. She makes doing business with Excel easy
