Extreme Clean Auto Detail

The owner was very nice and accommodating with pickup time. However, I do not feel the price was worth that quality of what was received. I paid $280 for a “deep interior clean with pet hair” and “exterior wash”. There was still a decent amount of pet hair left, windows not cleaned inside, dirt on seats not removed, dirt and water spots on the external of the car. All items left uncleaned took me 15 minutes to fix so they weren’t unremovable stains.

They did a fantastic job on my 20 year old Honda that I was passing on to a family member. Lots of coffee stained carpeting was completely cleared and looked like new when they were done. Highly recommend. I used their interior car detailing service only. Very reasonably priced (compared to other places I called) and convenient location and good availability of appointments. My family member was impressed with what looked like a new car.

After shopping around Salem, Corvallis, and Eugene I thought I had really come across a winner with Extreme Clean Auto Detail. Well, I was dead wrong. I thought nothing of their pricing. Still competitive but on the higher end, just assumed it meant better service. Well, $380 later I was left with permanently stained side trim from carelessly splashed tire shine, and a car wash that I could’ve done with my backyard hose. Attempted to buff out the shine with Meguiar’s, then, upon taking it to another shop who would ACTUALLY detail it, they informed me the damage was permanent and all I could likely do was reapply Meguiar’s every month to mask the PERMANENT DAMAGE or repaint all my trim. I booked a full detail for my BMW and it was a super reasonable price and they did an amazing job with great customer service. I’ve never seen it look this good! I’ll be coming back for sure.

Overall experience was good. They were able to schedule us for next day service, my old car is pretty beat up, had seat stains from growing kids eating snacks, spilling drinks and hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. After the detail clean, the interior and exterior looks much better! Editing to add…husband looked at it and said “they killed it!” And my son is super happy to have a clean new to him car. Thank you!
