Falcon Towing

My wife was backing into the driveway and a mustang decided to tailgate her and cause her to almost hit them and instead went into the ditch right by the driveway. Ralph was able to still lift it by one tire and move it back enough for the frame to clear the concrete, while at the same time cause no damage There was no way I could have got it out with out causing damage. It’s like it never happened.

This Company is amazing. I had a tire wedged on my vehicle. I had 3 people try to stop and help me get it off. And these guys came out and had my tire fixed within 15 minutes. I was so grateful they did an amazing job.

I got stuck in the mud this past weekend. Called AAA as a member but their driver didn’t have the right equipment and would need to charge upwards of $700+ without coverage once it arrived. I called Falcon and they sent Rafid who got me out of a pretty good sink with no damage to my car and for nearly half AAA’s quote. He was skillful and friendly. He also gave me advice how to get reimbursed from AAA. Thanks guys!

I called another towing company before this one and was quoted a higher price with less-than-friendly service. In contrast, Falcon Towing was quick, offered a fair price, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciated their friendly support and efficiency, especially at a time when you’re already stressed.

The owner of Falcon Towing is a great person. He cares about his customers. He definitely cares more about making the towing experience the easiest. He drove a long way from his last stop, on a Saturday night & without hesitation. He charges decent rates and understands, that his customer may have had a horrible day before he arrived. I would highly recommend for anyone to use him in the future.
