I don’t often leave reviews, but Falls Auto Body deserves it. I first met Jon, the owner, at the gym a couple of years ago, and even before bringing him any work, I had a hunch he ran his business with the same discipline he shows personally. That hunch was dead-on. I recently brought him a car with a tough job: quarter panel and rocker panel work on a factory upgrade paint color that’s notoriously hard to match. In september when my car was hit in a parking garage, I was very nervous about working through insurance and bodyshops because i never have before, but falls auto body made my experience very smooth and efficient, they communicated well throughout the whole process, and got my car back to me extremely fast, i didn’t even have to worry about getting a rental for work… and i can now definitely say the front bumper is the nicest part of my car, pictures don’t do the quality of the paint justice or show how amazing it matches.

10/10 customer experience at this shop. Very friendly, helpful, and responsive staff. They went out of their way to help me out. I brought a work vehicle to their shop and I will definitely be bringing future work and personal vehicles to them. They also have an adorable outdoor cat who always welcomes me :)
