I placed an order for quite a few things and their team called me to let me know that two of the items in my order might not work together in the way I was thinking and recommended an alternate product that worked perfectly. They did all this before shipping my order and saved me multiple days and hundreds of dollars. That attention to detail and love of customer is nothing short of astounding.

I bought the 36 inch Stealth Speedbrace for my new kitchen island. Excellent quality and was very straightforward to install. My granite installers were impressed and took pics as they also thought it was a great product and the quality is great. I am very happy i came across their youtube channel and saw their video on installation and the application of the speedbraces. Very happy and my kitchen island looks great without any visible supports. Jordan in customer service is phenomenal!

I bought a system online. Received and when I went to use it (several months later) found out it was rusted so much in the applicator that I couldn’t use it. Sent a message and no response. Left a voice mail and got a message that they had refunded my money for the applicator. Left another voice mail that I wanted a new one because I had purchased the special nails too. Still no person to talk to. So, I will never know if it is a good system or not. Tired of playing with them. Will go old school now.

Great support and attitude. From the YouTube videos to the live on the phone support, they deliver on a professional experience to customers. This organization is one of best manufacturers/ fabricators of woodworking products in the industry, likely in the world at least for fence systems. Keep up the good work and improvements.

Fantastic service after the sale. I had a minor issue with my GluBot after a few years. They immediately sent me a replacement part at their cost. Fantastic company, innovative products and amazing service. I highly recommend the company and their products!
