I can’t say enough good things about Fender Mender, and especially Sean. I came in after getting a quote from another body shop that was thousands of dollars for what they claimed was a major repair. Sean took one look at my car and told me to hold on before spending that kind of money. He personally buffed out a large scrape along the side of my car, and now it looks almost like new. What really blew me away is that he didn’t charge me anything. That level of honesty and kindness is far, especially in an industry where it’s easy to overquote (and especially as single woman). Thanks to him, I saved thousands of dollars and avoided unnecessary work. If you’re looking for a body shop you can actually trust, this is it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sean was awesome. I thought I was going to have my whole bumper replaced, but he buffed out the majority of the damage and gave me reasonable options for repair if I wanted the esthetics to be perfect. I chose not to move forward with the extensive repair and they didn’t charge me a thing. VERY satisfied.
