I should start off by saying that I previously owned an auto repair facility and was a very distrusting customer. My 07 Ram 2500, 5.9 Cummings with 335,000 miles needed the back timing cover gasket replaced. Somewhat of a technical job that not every shop could handle. I travel cross country several times a year and need a reliable truck. Mike was very patient in dealing with my trust issues. Andrew performed the repair with laser perfection. They both went way above what most shops would’ve done. Especially when taking in consideration my distrust. So for all of you concerned, if this is the right place to take your vehicles, I can say right now, that they have been fully vetted. 👍🤠👍

Finley River and Automotive is a very kind and welcoming environment. I came to get an oil change and inspection on my vehicle and they did a very good thorough job. I also did their online scheduling which made it easy to show up at the time that worked best for my schedule! Thankful for a local place that cares for the people!

What a GREAT experience! From the start, the guy I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and polite. They got me in right away, called to update me, and got my Duramax figured out very quickly. This same truck was at the GM dealership right down the road from them, and there diesel tech couldn't figure it out. Finley River Diesel took it on and got it done! Great guys, and great place to take your vehicle to get repaired.

Had the 30k mile service on our Chevy Traverse. Shop is very clean, staff is polite and knowledgeable. Did a complete auto review which was explained to us. Didn't oversell, some items advised could wait. Strongly recommend as they listen and answer all questions making it easy to understand.
