McKinney Collision

Wow! Awesome experience at McKinney. They were recommended to us by three different local friends and businesses as one of the most trustworthy, competent collision repair businesses. They were very easy to work with, get a hold of, explained everything very well, and had our vehicle back to looking new in a great amount of time for how much work had to be done. They even ended up fixing some badly-installed parts from a previous wreck the vehicle had. It just felt very easy and pleasant, and we're very glad we worked with McKinney!

McKinney auto was recommended to me to see if why My windshield wiper fluid would not come out onto the windshield. There was water in them, but when you lifted up the hood, and then I tried the wipers the water came out in weird places, not where it was supposed to. All that being said, I took my car to McKinney‘s. Ryan was so kind and so helpful and because I am handicapped, it was difficult for me to have gotten out of the car. He just checked it with me staying in and he found exactly what was wrong with it. When I offered to pay him, he said I did not need to do that. That is true Ozark hospitality and I’m very thankful that they were recommended to me.

Vehicle was repaired well but had an issue with the headlights not working properly. Contacted Ryan about the issue and was told since they’re aftermarket he couldn’t do anything, even after they told me they guarantee their work. Had the same headlights before the collision and worked fine. Disappointed that they basically told me it was my problem and wouldn’t take any accountability. I also asked them to touch up a few minor door dings and was told they ran out of paint. Seriously? Obviously, I’ll never be going back and will make sure everyone I know doesn’t take their vehicles there.

I brought them a filthy (snow grime) vehicle, inside and out, for repair of damage from an accident. I got back a perfectly repaired vehicle that had been cleaned both inside and out. This was my second time taking this vehicle to them for repairs, from two separate incidents (ouch!). They exceeded my expectations, yet again! Thank you, Ryan!

Absolutely phenomenal job. Ryan and the boys at Mckinney are firs class. Quick turn around and quality work. Worked flawlessly with my insurance company. They handled everything for me, dropped it off, they fixed it, i showed up and got the keys. Easy peasy.
