What i like about this place is that they are honest. I never get told I have to do a lot of extra services. They get me rigjt in for appointments and service turn around is fast. They offer a shuttle ride which I really was grateful for. I moved here from out of state and other dealers constantly want you to get more and more added to a simple oil change. I feel I get honest car recommendations for repairs. Id recommend this place for service needs on your chevy.

I was given a very thorough assessment of the issue concerning me about my Chevy Silverado. It is an issue that I can resolve myself. Their diagnosis was spot on. This was the 3rd time that I have had this issue analyzed. Ozark was the only one to find the issue that was causing the problem. They were prompt, informative, and friendly.

Went to have a antifreeze reservoir and hose fixed on a 2500 sileverado they couldn't fix anything . Spent 2 hrs waiting just to pay for a diagnostic bill ! Then quoted me a price to replace it all at a crazy price of $1230.00 at a later date because they couldn't find parts ! Said it was a 5hr job when my local mechanic pulled it up on his computer and said it took only 1.1 hrs. Me and my wife have spent well over $100,000 on vehicles there and that's the way you get treated ? Probably will go somewhere else from now on !

I needed to have some transmission work done on my Chevy Silverado, and I was working on a tight deadline as I had a personal move scheduled and needed my truck to be road-ready. Jenny worked with the warranty company to ensure the parts/repair were covered, the parts were shipped timely, and the repair was completed right away. I was worried about getting it all done in time, but Jenny and the team at Ozark really made it happen. I could not be happier with the service I received. It should be noted, that I was nervous about the time frame I was operating under, so I probably pestered them more than I normally would, and everyone was very patient with me...very friendly and professional! If I could give more than five stars I would!!!
