I was involved in an auto accident and didn’t know where to go since I am not from this area. I got several referrals from friends and decided Ozark Body Works was where I would go. From my first contact with them I felt relieved to be doing business with such a well organized establishment. I was scheduled for a drop off within a few days and it was exceptionally easy to obtain a rental car. My car looks like it did originally. Paint matches great! They did a great job and I was back on the road in 8 short days. They were extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress frequently. I couldn’t ask for better service.

There are a lot of body shops around the area, and you just never know how the experience is going to turn out. Well I’m here to tell you that Ozark Body Works did a fantastic job on my vehicle. The work on my vehicle is flawless. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of work they did. It looks better than it did before I was rear ended. The staff was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They made the insurance process seamless for me. Special thanks to Jacob for being so helpful and kind. They even detailed the inside and outside of my vehicle before I picked it up. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!!

No one likes to be in an accident and have body repair done but Ozark Body Works made it almost painless. Their staff were so friendly and respectful and made me feel like my patronage was important! Customer service was fantastic and the finished work was excellent (as good as OEM); like nothing ever happened. I appreciated the ease of online scheduling for an appointment and the pleasant follow up confirming the appointment. Upon arriving at the shop, I was met by Nickolas, at my vehicle, who was both professional and reassuring about getting the vehicle repaired to my standards. I received both verbal communications and written summaries of the work to be completed. The waiting area was nice and clean, but I didn’t need to spend much time waiting!
