I got a quick diagnosis of my service engine light. They serviced it quickly and notified me as soon as it was done. Replaced water pump And timing chain on my 2014 Ford Explorer. Cost anywhere else could have caused me to abandon my car. They are honest, thorough, and definitely affordable!

I have been going to go automotive since I moved to Ozark Missouri in 2011. They always took great care of me. I moved away and have never found a good place to get my oil changed where I felt comfortable. I decided it was worth the drive to go back Go automotive in Ozark, Missouri, where I could feel like I had personal service, I could see the guy working on my car, they were communicating with me throughout the process…… These things all build great trust and I’m willing to pay more for that service alone although they are very competitive! After feeling frustrated with another shop that kept charging me high diagnostic fees and never really fixing the problem, I decided to give Go Automotive a try and I’m so glad I did. The mechanic was incredibly kind, honest, and patient. He took the time to actually explain what was going on with my car instead of just throwing out guesses. He ran diagnostics, found a possible issue with my key’s theft chip, and instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, he simply suggested I try my spare key and monitor it.
