Service here was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist Desiree made it a point to keep communication going and informing me in great detail what to expect, including estimate time of when the car would be ready and took the time to go through what all was needed for my car without being pushy with sales. She was willing to give me both prices with/without certain services so I knew I can be within budget. The service guys also did a great job. I will definitely be back here for any of my car maintenance needs!

Got a flat while out of town. This center was able to get me in within 2 hours. Couldn't fix the flat so I had to buy a new tire. Annoyed they just threw the spare in the back instead of putting it away. While leaving the weather seal molding hanging. Not sure if that's policy or they couldn't figure out got the tire storage on a Highlander works. Overall did a good job.

I purchased a set of four new tires on the Presidents’ Day sale. The new manager was great that sold me the tires. The staff was able to work my car in the timeframe I needed and Des was able to get me safely on the road to where I needed to be! Thank you for all the great work!

Excellent experience! Was not expecting to hear that we needed new tires but the team provided us with a couple of options and provided good feedback. They also provided updates during our time in the waiting area and got us back on the road pretty quickly.

An unexpected car issue brought me to Firestone today, Sunday, 2.1.26. I was greeted promptly in a friendly and professionsl manner which helped ease my stress with the situation. The front desk receptionist listened carefully to my issue, explained the next steps clearly and offered me an estimate. Upon agreeing to the estimate, my car was repaired and ready to go back on the road so much faster than I anticipated. So blessed and grateful!
