Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’d like to start by saying the staff are knowledgeable in their own right and get the job done. I went in to get two tires replaced, which should have been fairly quick. That’s all I’d asked for. After waiting almost 2 hours for my car, I was told that I’d need an alignment eventually and told other various problems with my car, I appreciate knowing the problems I have with my car but even if an inspection is a complimentary service I’d rather be asked if I wanted it. I didn’t intend to spend so much time and only went in with hopes to get the tires replaced and be on my way.

I had a great experience at Firestone. The team as always been fast, attentive, and extremely friendly. My last experience was no different. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!

One of the very worst experiences. I changed the tires a week back with Firestone and one week later tire pressure warning came up. I took to the store and the simply checked the air pressure and reset the warning. They not even check for any nails or any alignment stuff.. very very lazy associates and very less to take care (compared to all other tire shops).. Never recommend for the tire change

After an extremely overwhelming visit to a different auto shop, Firestone helped me so much. Jack (who was working the front) was very kind and understanding with my concerns. The work done by the shop was quick and much more affordable than I thought it would be. Will be going back again.
