Firestone Complete Auto Care

Shoutout to Phillip and Logan who were super helpful and friendly! My driver’s side windshield wiper broke in a sleet storm and I needed a patch for a slow leak in one of my tires. They were able to get me in and out within an hour and on my way home safely! Will definitely use them again and recommend this location to family and friends :)

We been coming to this place over 2 decades, but lately they been failing to their services, made 1st appointment for repair, they called back that they short staff and need us to re schedule the appointment. 2nd appointment was more repair with different car, transmission fluid and oil changes, over price on us. 3rd appointment on same 2nd car over price again on 2 front break, break inspection 99$ with 2 piece of front break total 641$, totally shameful on them coz they already told us we need to replace 2 front break from the 2nd appointment. The mechanic left a mess in the car not even cleaning it after the service done, 2 big giant plastic parts, 1st piece sit on the top the front passenger window,2nd piece on the bottom feet. We don’t feel safe coming to this place anymore, there are

The guys did a great job on my 95 Chevy Blazer, they checked over everything - just as I asked, and the (4) tires, mount and balance came in at the exact price I was quoted. You have a great team at the Eden Prairie, MN location. I was able to talk to Chad - the mechanic who did all the work, and he explained everything about my vehicle, in detail!

This was my first time at this Firestone location and I was very pleased with the service. I was in and out in less than an hour and never felt like any added services were pushed on me like other vehicle service companies I have been to. I highly recommend this to anyone!

I went in for new tires, and they got the job done at a good time at a fair price. The staff, especially Kong , treated me with honesty and integrity. Very informative, I would highly recommend this shop to all my friends
