​1/5 Stars ​Dishonest service. Firestone claimed my tire was "unrepairable" due to a center puncture and tried to sell me a brand-new one. I took it to Tire Sport for a second opinion, and they fixed it properly with a professional patch from the inside—and they did it for free. It’s a shame that a big chain like this tries to take advantage of customers by prioritizing sales quotas over actual service. I won’t be coming back.

Ask for a tire balance and new brakes. Told I didn’t need new brakes and got recommended for a serpentine belt and a brake flush totaling about 400 told them to “cancel everything on that” my mistake. They didn’t balance tires. Asked for 2 things. Got recommended 2 more. Nothing got done. Waste of my time. Won’t be back. At the very least they could’ve made some money as I was willing to pay 650 for brakes. Bad business tactics

Friendly and quick service. We were in a jam and they were able to replace the flat tire before their store closed.

I had a great experience at this location. The team was professional, communicative, and thorough throughout the visit. Ms. Charity, the service advisor, was especially helpful. She clearly explained the work being done, followed up on questions, and made sure everything was documented and completed properly. I appreciated her transparency and attention to detail, which made the process feel straightforward and stress-free.
