Ben was so helpful when I arrived. I scheduled an appt for a diagnosis on my vehicle because I’ve been noticing some different behavior. I know they stay busy, so I did wait 1 week but worth the wait! I arrived at 7:30 and was gone by 8:30! I can’t wait to return and get the work completed by Firestone! Ben was so kind and reassuring! I really appreciated the amazing customer service!

Great staff, clean building, & EXTREMELY fast service! They have the best prices compared to other Firestone locations - no hidden or surprise prices like at some shops. This Firestone doesn’t try to oversell you things either. They also have a 10% military discount (active & veterans)

I have used Firestone for tires, brakes, oil changes and other maintenance on my vehicles for the past 10 years. I recently started using this Firestone close to my home. I have found that I have always been extremely satisfied with the customer care given to me by all the technicians at Firestone. Recently I started consistently using this Firestone. Here I meet Ben. I have dealt with him almost every time I have used this Firestone. Ben has always been honest, helpful and kind. He has always looked out for me mechanically and financially, even saved me from catastrophe when an older car I had was a danger. Kudos to Ben, Thank you

I always trust Firestone, especially this location. As a single woman I always worry about places trying to get over on me when it comes to my car, but I’ve never had that concern here. They always take excellent care of me without trying to upsell me. I came in today because a different car care business told me I needed my battery connectors replaced. I decided to bring my car to Firestone instead. Come to find out the other business didn’t push my connectors down far enough or tighten them correctly. Firestone saved me over $100.

I do not appreciate that I was SOLD on the idea that my car NEEDED a new water pump and thermostat. The cost to me was $1,348. Having had 18 years experience in the automotive industry, I know that the parts for this repair are available locally for under $100. The need for a new thermostat was arbitrary. Even if we allowed $500 for labor, this whole repair should not have cost me more than $750. I do not appreciate being hosed in this manner. I will not use Firestone for repairs to my car in the future. I will also let my friends and neighbors know of these outrageous practices.
