My got to! Great staff.. washed my truck a few days ago before going out of town, mentioned to Octavia the tire service option I chose did not add shine to the tires. She gave me a few option , to get a free wash my next visit, or to run my car back through. I am simple so I was okay with her adding the shine. She came out and personally applied the shine and it’s been 4 days and my tires are still glowing!!! Thank you Octavia for amazing customer service!!

This is the best car wash in Hermitage. My truck was looking bad, but once I went through the wash, it was perfect. The staff are so friendly, and the vacuums work great. Carolina is the best manager you can ask for. Also they have hot water for their wash! Not sure of any other car wash in town that offers that. Thank you Washtopia!!

This is my go-to place. I have a monthly membership and have always been extremely satisfied with their service and amenities. Shout out to Mario, he was my angel on Wednesday! As I was detailing my car, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car. I felt so silly and asked him who I should call for help. He said ",No, problem! I can help you!" He comes over to my car with a kit to unlock cars. He had my car open within minutes! I was so thankful he came to my rescue. Mario, you rock!!!

Washtopia is in a very convenient location. And having a monthly subscription to their services is cost effective. I can get my car washed as many times as I need to in a month for about the same price as two individual washes.

$45 for the worst wash ever. Dirty water spots everywhere. Second set of brushes on the right doesn't even touch the car. They don't clean the equipment so it doesn't clean your car. Vacuums are terrible too and you better make sure the vacuum even works before you pull everything out of your car.
