Southern Tire Mart

Had a trailer blowout and the spare was dry rotted, went to many places with no luck, Thanks to these guys we were back up on our road trip in no time. They do have all kinds of tires including trailer tires, their a little hard to find with there small sign but made up for it with kindness again thank you guys

The customer service here is phenomenal. Our Uhaul’s tire flew off the truck when driving due to a negligent maintenance check prior to us renting it. That being said, Javier over at Southern Tire Mart was called for roadside assistance and was quick, efficient, and friendly. He informed us that the truck was unusable, but he made as many calls as he could to help. In the end, we asked for the report he was going to write up, and we were surprised to see a response saying he sent it by 7am, before business hours, to ensure we had as much time as possible to work with.

Southern Tire Mart is by far one of the best tire places there is. My driver came in today and when i tell you EVERYONE was so very courteous and customer service was more than five stars. We were able to get the tires changed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Southern Tire Mart to anyone who is looking for an excellent tires and service. They will always have SK Transport, LLC business. Thanks again you guys!

I purchased tires Monday in Lafayette,LA and I blew one of them this morning near this facility. The salesman/manager made my experience with southern tire mart pleasant. He far and beyond his duty to keep me as a customer. A big huge Thanks to you Sir and your Southern tire mart location.

Shop was supposed to come out and replace my tires, they then told me it’s better to limp my truck with two bad tires to their shop! They knew i was coming then refused to sell me tires!
