I've never experienced the quality and customer service from a Shop, as if experienced with Matt and his team. Firestone down the road performed faulty repairs and scammed me of my money. Matt helped make sure the repairs were completed correctly, and gathered evidence of the poor repair quality from Firestone. Excellent service, excellent people.

Had an awesome experience at this Midas. Im an idiot when it comes to cars and Matt I believe his name was, was actually super helpful and got my car taken care of faster than I expected. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on. The shop has a great vibe friendly, professional, and efficient. Definitely my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend!

I came in to this location looking for some help and boy did I get it. Matt and Nate were the two managers that were up front handling business were beyond awesome. Both were genuinely helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. Daniel, the technician working on my vehicle is the best in the business which gave me some ease considering the extensive work being done. All in all I’d give my experience a 10/10 any day, and if you read this looking for a reliable place to bring your vehicle just know that you will be in good hands. Thank you Matt, Nate, and Daniel.

Just went to Midas on Lebanon Pike today after my "service engine soon" light came on. Matt (i think that was his name, i forget) was very helpful explaining what was going on and what were the steps to follow. And then Daniel worked on my car, he did a good job and it was pretty quick. I showed up with no appointment and still got helped right away

Matt is the best guy ever. I hope he has nothing but good luck come his way in life. After having check engine light issues and flat tire not 10 days later he has be rolling again. What ever you are paying this guy…. Double it. Also everyone else was great too.
