The front desk team Brandon,shane and Enrique were very professional and straight to the point. They went over all my recommendations and was able to show me photos of the needed parts. Told me an hour to get my car alignment and fluids changed and was done before expected time AND I got kisses (chocolate)for free!

spotted two major nails in my tire. since my tires were getting worn we discussed replacement tires. io looked up their recommendations and the replacement were done within and hour and a half. additionally the staff is very knowledgeable, cusootlmer service oriented and friendly.

The front desk are super helpful! I got a flat tire issue and the technician confirmed the rim needs to be replaced. Shane walked me through the result patiently and helped me check the rim availability online. And eventually i got the rim ordered the installed by them. Had a great experience with this shop! Thanks to all the staffs!

A few concerns: 1. They forgot to reset the oil life indicator. 2. They quoted a non-Hybrid price at drop-off, but charged "hybrid fee" during pickup. 3. They didn't adjust the tire pressure, despite me requesting them to do so. The coupon offered a good value, but the concerns above need to be addressed, if I have to visit again.

I haven't experienced a better level of service than this company in a long time! I arrived in the evening and asked to make an appointment for 9:30 a.m. the next day. They told me, sure, come on over, we'll do everything. My wife arrives to change tires, but there's no appointment. She ended up waiting in line for two hours. I checked my tire pressure that evening. It turns out that instead of the standard 35psi, I had 43psi, and one of the tires had 50 psi. I was shocked!
