Came in for rotten egg smell after a Jumpstart which usually means im leaking battery ACID, so Yohan, helped me out tremendously, also they got the coolest staff who are able to go above and beyond for everyone, they technically saved my life. I recently had my car in for service at Firestone and was without it for over a week. When I picked it up, not only had they done excellent work on my car and offered fair pricing, but I discovered something that truly touched my heart.🥹 I had a very special necklace, a gift from my mother, that had been broken for some time. I kept it in my car, intending to fix it, along with my keys and spare change. To my surprise, when I got my car back, the chain had been repaired and was hanging neatly from my stereo knob. This may seem small to some, but it was deeply meaningful to me. I’ve gotten tires and alignment done on two of our family’s vehicles and feel that they have a decent selection of tires for typical pricing for the market. Bill is very helpful and thorough. Definitely want to schedule an appointment to get in and out quick.
