Marvin gave exceptional customer service. Not only to me, but I witnessed him take a call and he had to give the customer not the best news, but he was kind, gentle when speaking to the customer, and provided solutions that were in his control. I was VERY impressed. Firestone has a new customer! To think I went on a fluke… I’m glad I came in.

Great service from start to finish. Jawanda and Duane were amazing. Brandon recommended I take my vehicle to the Firestone on Loch Raven Blvd., where I received new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. The customer service was excellent, and my vehicle has never run so smoothly. Compared to the dealer, I paid a fraction of the cost for maintenance. Thank you all. I would highly recommend.

I've been getting tires here for 5+ years and service is always quick and friendly. On my most recent visit on 2/10/26 for a tire patch, Marvin was particularly excellent. The patch was covered under the warranty, and Marvin got me in and out in under an hour.

I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Marvin was very helpful with scheduling my appointment. I had a nail in my tire, so it needed to be plugged. I was in out within 1.5 hrs. Also the young lady at the front desk was so polite and professional. Thanks for the great service!!!
