Great experience! Super helpful and went out his way to make sure I had what I needed even after coming back and having to exchange what id just purchased minutes before close. People like this are what make companies thrive and help to retain and gain solid customer basis.

The woman that helped me find a battery was very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I had gotten her name, I will add it if I do. Store is okay, parking lot is tight, not cohesive for a large truck, but it's convenient and usually not very busy.

Came in 12:50 pm 09SEP2023. Pitiful. Lady at the counter doesn't need to be working at an auto parts store. More worried with her phone than getting the parts I need. I just left. No need in wasting my time to get the wrong things.

I have a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass, and these guys really suck at this car. Years ago, I told the cashier I had a Cutlass, and he asked me what the make was. I told him, "Dude, it's a Cutlass. It's an Oldsmobile." His response to me was, and I'm dead serious, "Sorry man, cars aren't really my thing.” Back in February, I needed a new alternator. Super simple, easy to find part, never had any trouble getting one for this car. Round one, the one they sold me was clocked wrong. We tried to clock it ourselves, because my car was immobilized 1hr 30min away and I didn't want drive to the nearest NAPA to return it. Well we took it apart wrong and broke all the wires. I took it back and explained what happened. They told me they couldn't do a warranty swap because I broke it. Which I'm sure is tech

Ordered online, received notification that the order was ready, arrived for pick-up; the order was not ready and the items weren't even in stock. This happened on two separate occasions. The last time, they tired to "fix it" by give me parts that wouldn't my vehicle and tried to force to me accept another brand.
