Firestone Complete Auto Care

I procrastinated getting new tires because I didn't have the money. When my tire failed, I spoke with Dave on the phone, and he quoted me a very good price for Firestone tires. ( a better price than I paid for lesser quality tires in the past). They were in stock, and I could come right down. Matthew helped me right away, answered my questions, and did not force an expensive alignment on me. Humberto quickly performed my tire change. Michael, loved on my dog, and greeted me with a kind, enthusiastic smile. Firestone in Wilmington exceeded my expectations, and made a necessary expense, actually pleasant. Thanks guys!

I brought my fleet vehicle in yesterday for tires. Do to some logistical complications on my end, my truck was prevented from being serviced right away. Matt did all he could, went above and beyond to get the work on my truck done. It's nice to see some people still go out out of their way. The good: got me in quick and got the job done, patching my tire The bad: inner barrel of wheel was scarred and had marks from the tire machineWheel weight was just stuck on over dirt, which came right off when I touched it. Wheel should have been prepped before weight was stuck, which I had to do.

Highly recommend! They fit me in the same day to repair my tire. My 4 and not a 5 is because of how long I had to wait. They told me to come in at 2pm and I didn’t leave until 3:30pm. I just wished they told me a different time if they were busy. Other than that, it was punctual and the personnel were friendly.

I pulled into Firestone Auto Care to make an appointment for service. I asked Dave if he would check my tire pressure, my oil & my tranny fluid. No problem. Michael was so nice & didn’t make me feel like I was putting him out. Based on that kind of care, I highly recommend Firestone Auto Care for all of your auto service needs.
