I contacted Firestone in Zionsville & spoke with Joe who did a fantastic job in assisting me with scheduling and taking care of answering any of my questions. He was very knowledge, polite and thorough. Chad also came to also assist me with the details & specifics of my oil change upon completion of the work, explaining services performed and recommendations. My vehicle always runs smooth after an oil change through Firestone. No place I’d rather go! I also let Chad know that I recently had bottom piece of my right rear view base come off my Pacifica and wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix it. Chad is assisting me with finding a replacement part and will let me know on Monday the update. I absolutely love my Firestone family because that what they truly are!

This is my second review with a great customer experience. The store manager, Chad, replaced my Bridgestone Alenza AS Ultra tires (only 29,000 miles but yet more than 50% worn) under warranty with the new Bridgestone Alenza Prestige BL tires on a very fair and reasonable pro-rata basis since the prior tires had been discontinued and were also not the best tires for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I am extremely satisfied with these replacement tires which are very quiet compared to the previous tires and Chad treated me fairly and I would recommend this store location to others.

Had a lot of difficult front end work to do to correct another shops disaster. People great to deal with including both counter personnel (Kierra) one of them. Manager was great, he showed me the issues and spoke with me on terms I could understand. The poor mechanic was awesome. I was able to speak with him during a couple of questions I had and man what a professional. All in all my experience here was exceptional and I am already planning on coming back.
