Five Lakes Automotive was absolutely fantastic to work with. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, which is rare these days. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. What really sets them apart from everyone else is their at home service. They came directly to my house to diagnose our Jeep, explained everything clearly, and ordered the parts needed. Once the parts came in, they picked up the jeep, completed the repairs, and delivered it right back to our driveway. It honestly does not get more convenient and personalized than that. My 2012 Mini Cooper experienced thermostat issues that left it undriveable. Tim and Ryan came to my home and worked diligently to get it repaired. They truly went above and beyond, and I was extremely impressed with their friendly, professional service. The convenience of the mobile repair was outstanding. I will absolutely use them for all future repairs and highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately, the plans I had to go here for an inspection fell through on my end, but I would just like to say Tim was extremely helpful in getting me in an inspection for a new (used) vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We literally talked on the phone for about 20-30 minutes and I got to explain my whole situation. He gave me great advice, listened to what I had to say was just overall very helpful, respectful, and friendly. I would most definitely recommend going here! In the near future, I will probably end up going here for either an inspection or to have work done on a vehicle if need be.
