Three generations of my family have taken our cars to a Chris and his team. Most recently my daughter’s car in the severe winter weather had all her oil drain from blown valves and it affected her timing on her suv. While not ideal, we knew we wanted it towed to Muffler and Go. We got a call with what was needed to get it running safely with a price. The car was ready when quoted. Their customer service is amazing. They performed exhaust work fixing leaking gaskets and my clogged catalytic converter. They found additional leaked and fixed them on their own with any additional charges. They are very respectful and great and managing their time and my schedule. Both times I had to be there, I was on a time crunch. They made sure to get me in and out quickly

Dan, one of their mechanics who worked on my H3, was equally great, knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to make sure everything was running right, not just the obvious issue. They checked for any related problems, tightened up a few things that could have caused headaches later, and test-drove it to confirm the fix. The truck feels solid and smooth now. What really stood out was their efficiency. They moved quickly

Chris(the owner) went above and beyond to help me fix my 2018 colorado torque convertor and other parts. He also offers payment plans that are a great potential asset to the customer. Been here a few times and always had great service.
