I came in for an oil change and was greeted with a smile from everyone on the crew. They got me in very quickly, went above and beyond and cleaned my windshields. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They double checked everything, then reset my oil sensor, and sent me on my way. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Excellent service!!

If I could give more than 5 stars to this business, I would! We come back here again and again for both oil changes and major repairs. Their pricing is fair and transparent. They will not oversell you on anything. The staff treat you like family. We frequently have our young children with us when waiting and everyone makes them feel right at home. Auto repairs used to be something we really stressed over, but since finding Tuffy's in Fenton that worry is gone. Also a big thank-you to John for getting us in and out quickly today!

I was here a few weeks when my original shop was not yet open and I desperately need my oil changed as I was heading on day trip. I can't say enough about my incredible service! Carl, Matt, Joe and Noah were the perfect example of outstanding customer service!' They explained every single thing they were doing. They were kind and professional, and not the least bit condescending (As a woman, that happens a lot of times when men try to explain things about cars😀) They worked so well together and were so professional! I will be back for sure!!!

I was in last week because I had a broken rear windshield wiper. I was greeted by Steve. I had my dog with me and he was so friendly and welcoming. When I called earlier that day he told me to come in first to see if there was a part that needed to be ordered and schedule an appointment for me. When he looked at it he discovered it was just a loose nut. He quickly tightened it and told me I needed a new wiper. It was a difficult size, he tried many in stock. Finally he helped me find on online, so I ordered it. He actually to me to come back if I needed help installing it.I was just so impressed by him. Excellent service, fair and transparent pricing, honest business dealing. and very efficient shop. Have been going here for years to get oil changes and minor service for my vehicles. Yesterday took my fiancé's car in because I overfilled the engine oil and they drained the oil and refilled free of charge - thank you! Highly recommend!
