Dropped my Silverado off after an unfortunate accident. Working with Thomas auto was nothing short of spectacular. They were extremely helpful and more than willing to answer all of my questions. They kept me up to date with repairs and estimates on when the vehicle would be done. Most importantly to me was their honesty. They never tried to upsell me or add unnecessary repairs. I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone.

I had repairs done to my car after another vehicle backed into it while parked. After some questionable experiences with another repair facility in the past, I brought my car to Thomas Auto. They were fantastic, from start to finish! My car looks great, the paint match was perfect, and they stayed in communication the whole time. Super helpful with getting the process started, and working with me around my crazy schedule. There’s a reason they’re the best rated shop around!

I took my car in to get it repaired from a deer hit. I was Very Satisfied. They kept me updated, I got free nice loaner car to drive, and the workmanship was excellent! It looks like a brand new car! The employees were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have read several of the bad reviews about customer service. I can only share my experiences. I have had 4 repairs done at Thomas Auto body and all 4 were professionally handled and excellent work. One case took longer than I would have liked, but the work was excellent. Just like your DR. Visits it’s typically the Insurance company that’s the clog in the pipes. All insurance companies should be flushed in my opinion.

We had to take our chevy Trax here that we had only 2 months and got rear ended, was a bummer. Had to wait for a loner for a couple weeks.... They kept us up to date with when one would be available. And when one did come available they made sure it was accommodating to us, bf being 6ft tall, gave us a bigger car as a loner. Our vehicle was done in less than 2 weeks and looks amazing! Great service from start to finish. No one wants to take cars to shops but if you do, highly recommend them!
