The last collision shop I used in town was disappointing — communication was poor, the quality of work wasn’t great, and the process took far longer than it should have. Vic, on the other hand, was excellent. Communication was clear and proactive, I never had to chase for updates, and the job was completed quickly and professionally. Maia- 5 stars.

Superior work each and every time! When I recently encountered an uninvited deer on the hood of my vehicle.... I didn't hesitate to bring my car into Vic Canever Body Shop for repairs. I was given an estimate of 3 weeks to 3 months (or possibly longer) due to supply chain issues with part availability, but had the car back in my possession before three weeks had passed. A loaner was provided while repairs were made (I rented for several days from Enterprise until a loaner became available), and I couldn't be happier with the work performed or the time it took to have repairs made. I have genuine appreciation for Matt Plew and his crew for their attention to detail, and especially for Matt's efforts to keep me informed throughout the process. Thank you!! We have great service at Vic Canever and the Sales people etc have always gone over n beyond to help us with anything. We highly recommend them for vehicles, repair etc. We recently had to take our 2025 trax in bcuz of a collision and we received it back just like new. Body shop did a really nice job. Thank you
