I have nothing but praise for our experience with Five Star in repairing our 6 month old pick that was hit by deer that had bolted out of the Dairy Queen parking lot in Park Rapids. I had gotten an estimate from another place that I thought was way out of line and had added repair costs for parts of the pickup that were not damaged or connected to the damaged area. I took it to Five Star and got a fair and honest estimate with no 'padding'. They dealt with our insurance, scheduled us at a good time and the work was impeccable. A++ in my book!

Wow! These folks do such a great job. They set the bar for customer service and excellence. After seeing their work on my vehicles, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I rode through town on my bicycle and got a flat tire near this business. The staff was happy to let me use their air compressor to re-inflate my tire and get me on my way again. So while I did not get any normal service I can speak to the office staffs amazing kindness and willingness to help out.
