This place has taken money (>$2k) and not fixed the problem. Couldn't find the parts I needed. Don't bother stopping, go to Auto Value over past Ace Hardware.

I took my vehicle in to have all four tires changed with new ones on 12/16/2025. Tire warning light was on when I got my car back. None of the tires were set to the correct psi and one kept going flat. I called today, 12/19 and they were able to look at it the same day. The problem was a loose valve stem. I was charged for them to fix it, when I asked if I had to pay the charge even though they installed the tires Jim basically dismissed me while telling me he could have charged me more. I had already paid when I asked about the charge and told him I just thought I'd ask and to have a good weekend. I didn't argue or get angry. I don't think I should've had to pay for them to fix their mistake and I don't appreciate the way the guy walked away while answering me. It's just rude. You're the

Told them coil packs are going out now I am stuck paying for in unnecessary work because they didn’t listen to me…. Very pissed off told them exactly what to change and whats wrong with the car and the do the complete opposite told them from the very beginning when I dropped it off and when I called to see what’s going on. So now is gonna be 2 time the amount of labor and extra parts for a simple we should have listened it to the customer. Fast service but almost too fast because the kid who worked on our truck messed everything up with the State of MN. Little punk pissed off when he goes to work should leave his drama at home!!
