Had a really bad experience with Norms on my diesel exhaust fluid system on my Ford F250. I’ve never in my life left a negative review but in this case it’s merited. The attached photo shows a picture (after the work was completed) of the diesel exhaust fluid status. It shows less than 50% full. This was the reason I brought my truck in. I paid them over $1000 to fix this and the gauge still reads exactly the same. They tried to tell me this was actually the gauge for the diesel exhaust filter not the fluid. But the bottom line is that I paid them to fix whatever was causing the gauge showed less than 50% and they obviously didn’t. Previously I had an issue with my DEF tank not taking fluid. This is not a review I wanted to make. Norm's used to be the standard for great service, but something changed a year or two ago and now it's become a nightmare we avoid. Visit 1: Our vehicle went in for service a few months ago. Brakes and wheel bearings were the primary focus. Almost $3K later, vehicle drove in worse shape after we got it back, plus a lot of dash lights this time. (ABS, Slip Diff, One other) Visit 2: Vehicle went back in to fix the issues mentioned. (Pulled to one side while driving, grinding sound, brakes soft) We got the car back again, a family member needed it for a 2 hour trip. Dash lights came back, this time leaking fluid and still making the grind noise. (A mechanic family member found several things wrong, including a broken axle shaft. There was no leakage b
