Fix Auto Carlsbad Village

Unfortunately, this was my second visit due to no fault of my own within the last year. This time a motorcycle did an improper lane change right into my passenger door. Of course I was irritated at the time because let's face it, who has time for that? I knew not to stress because I knew exactly who to call. Fix auto did an amazing job making my car look new yet again. Thank you guys so much! I hope to not have to see y'all within the next year!

fix Auto Carlsbad has the BEST staff ever! Everyone at this location has excellent customer service skills. My car came out looking like it’s a 2026 and it’s a 2017. The finished detailing was more than I expected. I strongly recommend getting in touch with Angel and Dylan for all your auto body needs.

Griselda, Angel, Dylan and the entire team here is awesome! They made it super easy and have incredible communication skills as well. They even drove me home when I dropped off the car to have the repair done. The repair was quick and they did a solid job. I highly recommend this place. Thank you! Great customer service. They finished work on my car a week earlier than initially expected. I appreciated their notification system to let me know where they were with the work and very prompt with updates. Will definitely go back.
