I toured several facilities when I was looking for a senior living home for my Mom and feel so blessed to have found La Marea. She has now lived there over a year and a half and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the the facility and the staff. The property itself is so welcoming, modern, clean and well kept. My Mom loves being able to pick and choose among the many activities and outings planned each week as well. The amazing care staff does an outstanding job of keeping all the residents engaged and active; making the most out of each day. Everyone from the front desk concierge team, to the business office director, the marketing and sales team and the executive director know every resident (and even their family members) by their names and treat them as if they were an exte

La Marea is a Luxury Senior Living Community in Carlsbad, CA (San Diego North Coastal). The community features a rich calendar of indoor and outdoors activities including special outings. Melissa Kramer and the staff at La Marea are wonderful. We have considered this Senior Living community for my Dad, Knox and continue to recommend it. The facility is beautiful and has a peaceful feeling when you are there. The follow-up and information provided by Melissa has been very helpful. La Marea has a fantastic team. I am really impressed with their professionalism and willingness to work with my clients individual needs. Melissa Kramer and Kelly Diebold are both top notch and genuine people that make me feel safe knowing they are helping our loved ones. It was time. Mom had resided in a senior community for over 8 years, transitioning from independent to assisted living, and then the need for memory care. IF we found another community that met the caliber of staff and care as she was receiving, would we consider moving her closer to my home. La Marea Generations in Carlsbad is that community. Melissa and Rebecca, in sales and marketing, guided us through the transition with genuine concern for Mom’s best interest. At this time, Mom has been in her Generations private room for 5 months. New is nice, and La Marea has that appeal. Mom has her friend group and especially enjoys the music enrichment programming. But it is the staff that makes this home for Mom.
