Outstanding service once I had an appointment! Kassy was professional, efficient and kept me up to date at all moments. Car was as I left it with all of the set up as I had programmed it. I enjoyed the brief video of the findings. I enjoyed driving the loaner Porsche provided. My only suggested correction is to improve the scheduling process. The person I talked to told me repeatedly that there were no recalls on my car (I was calling about one and Kassy found 6!) and had not set me up with a loaner as requested. Kassy corrected that immediately, but initially they did not have a loaner available:) So 5⭐️ service but scheduling improvements suggested.

Top notch service and professionalism across the board! Braie in Service goes above and beyond to make sure all questions and concerns are handled appropriately. Shaun Puno is great as well and obviously cares about customer satisfaction. The Carlsbad location recently underwent another stunning remodel, which makes for an elevated experience that is definitely appreciated.

Excellent service from Kassy. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I really appreciate how she takes the time to go over every bullet point of my service and provides detailed info on what to expect next and the level of urgency of the recommendations. I've been to 2 other Porsche dealerships (in TX) and the service at Porsche Carlsbad is exceptional. As long as I'm in San Diego and drive a Porsche, my number one choice will be Porsche Carlsbad with Kassy.

What a great experience at Porsche of Carlsbad, purchased a new 2025 911 Carrera S from Chris Strole, he was actually very pleasant and hilarious, we had a great time going through several options and finally landed on a beauty of a 911, been driving it everyday since and cant wait to take it on route 66 road trip with my dad. Great place to do business, finance manager was excellent as well. In and out of the dealership in a timely manner and with peace of mind warranties that let me pile on the miles. Thanks again fellas!

Staff is very professional and attentive at all times! Drew and Devin are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions a few months back when I bought my car. Now that it was time for some upkeep, David took the time to explain in detail everything that would be done to my car. At no point did I have to question if my car was in good hands or not. I have had experience with other Porsche dealers before and I have to express what an outstanding service and experience provided. You make your customers feel part of a family and not just another transaction. Keep up the great work!
