Flagship Carwash

Flagship has a good product and good value. I was met by a young man who offered me optional service and when I said what my goal was he suggested a lesser cost service. I was impressed because I said what ever you think is best… He could have gone for most expensive - instead he was looking out for my interest. Nice! The tunnel is not unlike all the others you have seen. Nothing special. The best details about this car wash is the staff that takes such good care of you once your car is out of the tunnel. I opted for an inside and outside service level, which made me drive over to a certain area and a team of people, then detailed inside the car very quickly and basically. The results were outstanding, and I was very happy with the value for what I paid.

My first and last time going there. I have a full size suv and I got the full service package. I was surprised how fast I got called back to my car . It was all about 10-15mins. As I was driving away I noticed that the dash wasn’t touched and the door panels either or the center console. I live in Annapolis and took the drive to Edgewater to give them a chance. Waste of money.

When I arrived, I asked one of the attendants outside that I'd like an interior cleaning only. I was told to drive ahead and let the man at the terminal know. After waiting patiently in line, the guy there tells me they don't have an interior only package and I would have to pay $36. Extremely disappointed, I pay anyways and continued through. They only spend a short 5 minutes on the interior of my car, and none of the surfaces have been wiped, nor have the sides of my seats been vacuumed. A filmy residue was left on my dash and I asked one of the attendants to give it more attention and the response I received was "not possible." Not possible? This used to be my favorite car wash until today (it’s a 45 minute drive for me). I decided to treat myself to a clean car today and that was the biggest mistake I’ve made all year. The car wash STOPPED working TWICE when we were in the middle of going through it. I had no idea what was going on either time. There was 0 communication from anyone, we were literally sandwiched in there! After sitting there (clueless) for several minutes during the first “malfunction”, an employee signaled for us to reverse (reverse in an enclosed car wash when my tire is hooked on a roller track, there IS another car behind me somewhere AND I can’t see a damn thing - WHAT?!!). I visited Flagship in Edgewater yesterday for a wash and detail. For $44, the service was not up to par. The drive through wash did not fully clean the exterior. Nobody was there to dry my vehicle when I exited the wash even though the person in front of me had the service done for their car. Furthermore, the cleaning of the interior of my vehicle took 5 minutes. For reference, I opted to get the mats washed and have a mid-size crossover SUV. I noticed visible dirt and dust on the panels. The floor of my vehicle was still dirty. I am disappointed in Flagship's service and will not be returning. I would not recommend this carwash.
