COMMUNITY WARNING: Flash Car Wash Membership Charges Without Consent I am writing to warn others about my experience with the new Flash Car Wash up the road past McDonald’s. I visited once. One time. In August. I had been sick most of the summer and that was one of my first days back out. I got a wash, paid, and left happy. The staff was friendly. Then the charges started. $26.58 per month. Again. And again. And again. Seven charges total. $186.06. I never signed up for a membership. I never authorized recurring payments. They didn’t even have my license plate or correct account information on file. A few months ago, I went in person to address it. The employees were polite and agreed something was wrong. They confirmed there was no proper sign-up

The people here are friendly and try to be helpful, but for the price, go down the street to Submarine and your car will be clean. I had mildew on my car because, by the ocean water, cars are almost always wet. I tried it out, a Gold wash, and it is better than a touch free for sure, but still had mildew on the hood and roof (mind you this is a nice car, only a couple years old). I brought it around and they agreed to let me run through again - thus 2 stars not one (thank you). However, it was only a little better. I went home and a couple of wipes with a wet paper towel and it came off. I get that they might only want to clean off surface dirt, but for the same price down the road, they always have taken care of any extra spots. One other positive, the line moves along quickly, so

I bought my car in Connecticut and being a Rhode Island resident did not realize that my new car would not pass inspection with the current window tint. I called Final Touch.. the owner got me right in and removed the tint in record time for me..excellent customer service!! Highly recommend

Automatic car wash is better than most. The vacuums are free and have great power to actually clean in your car and also like the air hose they have as well. Something that would make this place better is providing cloths and spray at the vacuums , place down south I went to did this and it was top notch

This is my first experience getting a membership to a carwash and I've loved being able to take my vehicle whenever I want. The vacuums are SO powerful, plus there are air hoses to fill your tires/help get floor mats extra clean. My girls have fun going through with me too so that they can watch the machines and colorful soap. So glad it's finally opened, I had been eagerly waiting!
